Very quick accelerating and decelerating body movements, limited range of motion, frequent and volume training, and resistance building should be avoided because they often result to injuries that could even be serious. Did you know that even grimacing, frowning, and screaming while doing the exercise makes it incorrect? This means that you are not accurately targeting the correct muscle group. Also, proper and good posture should always be observed. Supplements can help but excessive use should be avoided. Instead focus on receiving more nourishment from real food.
