Watch Your Diet

When you are exercising just to lose weight, you shouldn’t cut down have to cut down so much on what you eat too. It would be healthier if you keep up with your diet and add more fruits and vegetables to it. Sure you would want to lose weight right away if you lessen your calorie intake but this isn’t really good for the body.
Since you are working out, your body is also gaining some muscle which is heavier than fat. You won’t really notice the weight difference then but this is fine. What you are feeling is just like have hidden DVR surveillance systems. You don’t really know that it’s there until you do.
