There have been questions raised on the topic of napping at work; is it a definite no-no, or it helpful in boosting productivity? Everybody could use a midday nap. It refreshes the mind and body, calms you down, and prepares you for the rest of the day. But is it correct to sleep in the office? Most people answer a resounding yes. For as long you don’t put yourself in a position where you could look bad for sleeping on the job, taking a power nap during your break appears to be the best way to improve your work. So go ahead and find yourself a quiet corner away from the hustle of the office and take that power nap; just don’t get caught by the CCTV security cameras.
