What About The Atkins?

For decades, people have followed the Atkins diet as a way to lose fat by eating foods that are mostly protein and fat. They theory behind this is that fat is satiating and it makes you eat less and burn more fat since there are no carbohydrates. It’s much like buying a webcam recording software when you don’t have webcam in the first place.

Everyone soon realized the ill effects of the Atkins diet especially when it comes to developing heart diseases. Taking in plenty of fatty foods are one of the causes of hypertension and heart attacks. That is why most have switched to other diets that are healthier.
